Examination proceedings
I respond to office actions and handle all correspondence with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office. With technically sound argument and, where it makes sense, amended claims, I work towards a granted patent that will stand up to challenge.
Opposition proceedings
Do you want to take action against a competitor’s patent – or defend your own? I conduct opposition proceedings before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, based on thorough prior-art searches and precise argument.
Infringement disputes
If your patent is being infringed – or you are accused of infringement – I support you in enforcement and defence, out of court and before the courts. Strategically, and with an eye on the costs.
Nullity proceedings
I represent you in nullity proceedings before the German Federal Patent Court and on appeal before the Federal Court of Justice – from the first assessment to the oral hearing. The basis is detailed technical analysis and a strategy tailored to your case.
