I file your trade mark with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office or as an EU trade mark with the EUIPO, and internationally under the Madrid System if you wish. I manage your trade mark portfolio including deadlines and renewals.
Objections raised by the office
If a trade mark office objects to your application, I analyse the objections and respond to the official communication – with registration as the goal.
Opposition proceedings
I represent you in opposition proceedings – when a later mark comes too close to yours, or when an opposition is filed against your mark.
Cancellation proceedings
I handle cancellation proceedings – whether you are defending your mark or seeking the cancellation of a competitor’s mark, for instance for non-use.
